David Gilmore

A life-long resident of the Lake Minnetonka area, Dave began his real estate career in 1996 with the Coldwell Banker Burnet/Zinn group. After 13 years as team manager, Dave stepped out on his own.

His deep knowledge of the Lake Minnetonka area (and surrounding suburbs) makes him an invaluable resource for his clients. In addition, Dave has earned special designations that make him especially qualified in the areas of short sale negotiation (avoiding foreclosure) and corporate relocation.

Dave and his wife Michelle have two daughters, Ellie and Kate. The family enjoys boating on Lake Minnetonka, snowmobiling, going to local community events, and attempting to train their new puppy, Lucy.
