If you’re looking for a real estate agent, David is the best. He answered all of our million and one questions no matter what time of the day. He was always readily available to look at whatever listing we wanted to look at and gave us a portal to show us houses we may be interested in that was constantly updated. We received highest and best in record time and could not be more thrilled to have such an experienced professional handle one of our most valued assets. When choosing someone to do something for me, I always look for someone I can trust and will prioritize what is in my best interest. A lot of real estate agents talk a lot. They hard-sell you on working with them and promise you the moon and the stars. David on the other hand lets his actions do the talking. Super-responsive, David is always available to answer questions or check out a property. Knowledgeable about the ins-and-outs of a city that changes block-by-block, David knows what's good and bad about a particular property more than what the photos in the listing shows. He also knows a lot about properties in general and what the ballpark costs might be to make some necessary repairs. An understated negotiator, his quiet confidence got us about 8% below asking for the property we purchased. Strongly recommend for anyone looking to purchase an investment property in Detroit!
