David’s strong knowledge of housing repair and maintenance issues helped us to get a realistic picture of costs and problems that could come up with every house we saw. He is a rare part broker part inspector that has no problem whipping out his flash light to find out if there really is a leaky attic or crawling into that crawl space to make sure nothing is uncovered. When we left a house we had a good idea what the true value was even before we put a bid in. His flexibility was crucial in allowing my wife and I to see a lot of houses at typically inconvenient times.

I want to say so much about David!!
I will try to describe who is David to me and my husband, please keep reading.

First, I would like to mention that my husband and I were working with another agent for almost one year, during that time we barely saw houses and we were ready to drop the dream of being a homeowner.

Second, David was recommended to us by one of my husband's coworkers and he described David with the following statement " he will find you a house within a month", when my husband told me that, the first thing that came to my mind was "This is not possible. REMEMBER, we were looking for a house for almost a year and were not able to win an offer.

Third, when we met David, we knew he will find our dream house, why? Because he made us feel that we can trust him, not just through words but the effort of scheduling 10 houses per day.

Finally, after one month of hunting for a house, we saw almost 40 houses, and then one offer was accepted. YES, we found our dream house!

WAIT!
In addition, he has been with us during the whole process, including inspections, and referring people he trusts with his life to help us during the most stressful process of our life.

This guy is truthful, on the ball, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He will go through thick and thin with you. David just helped my fiance and I bought a house. I recently closed on my families' dream home working side by side with David for many months. The journey started with a simple introduction conversation in which David asked all the right questions and truly listened to what I was saying. He took out all my fears and made me feel confident in embarking on the biggest investment in my life thus far. Although I was not ready to buy at the time of our initial discussion, he made sure to keep in contact, help me plan, budget, narrow in on towns, etc...so when the time was right, we were ready to go.
