David was the perfect realtor for us - first time homebuyers, looking to get into the real estate world in Nashville, and David was attentive and helped us through the whole process top to bottom. Mr.Goodman addresses all details. He explains the initial process with all associated costs of selling a house. Very informative with market value of property. Mr. Goodman coordinated showing of house with strong online presence. With all the hard work Mr. Goodman did, I received 25k above asking price. Which, I may add was 35k above initial estimates. I highly recommend his service.
