David is the real deal. He is not pushy, or dishonest. A straight answer is always given, and advice is only offered when asked for. He's a realtor who will be there for on Christmas Eve and new years day!
If it weren't for him being so dedicated to my family we wouldn't be in out wonderful home today.
He's experienced, and when he finds a new problem he has the connections to solve it.

David is an amazing agent! He went to bat for my borrower. Negotiated an amazing deal for him, that included full seller credits and a seller contribution towards a new HVAC system. Buyers should alway hire agents that will negotiate fine details in their interest and not just agents that want to close easy deals at minimal work! I would recommend David again.
