Dave was instrumental in helping us find our first home. As first-time buyers, we weren't sure exactly what to look for and what to avoid as we searched for a house to buy. Dave's prior experience in the construction industry was a huge plus, and he was able to help us quickly weed out options that either weren't worth the investment or would have overwhelmed us as new homeowners. He was sensitive to our budget, both in terms of the initial purchase and the amount of money that would need to be put in to update/renovate. He held our hands through the entire purchase process, and checked in many times after to help us make renovation decisions that would add value to our home. Dave is very savvy and has years of experience with helping families find their dream homes and make them their own.
