A native to the Chicago area, David was born and raised in Lake Forest, IL. Having grown up in a real estate family, he started his real estate career building luxury homes which gave him an in-depth and well-rounded real estate education. As a third-generation home builder, clients benefit from his extensive knowledge of construction because he has a well-trained eye for quality and details. From pricing and negotiating to the investment potential of a property, David is able to advise his clients so they can make an informed decision.
He is committed to understanding his clients and winning their trust, confidence, loyalty, and friendship. In addition, David has a love for the arts. Specifically, his passion for music has helped shape who he is both personally and professionally. He graduated from De Paul University where he studied Music and Communication and currently lives in Chicago’s Andersonville with his husband John and their rescued dog, Roxy.
