David has extensive experience working with a wide range of corporate clients such as Relocation Companies, Bank Trust Departments, Bank Owned Properties, Short Sales, and complex Probate and Divorces. In addition to being an Associate Broker, David is a licensed Arizona Home Inspector (inactive) and a Maricopa County Superior Court Special Real Estate Commissioner.
Raised in San Francisco, but a proud graduate of Northern Arizona University, David returned to Phoenix in 1996 after a successful radio management career with stops in Houston, Tampa, Oklahoma City and Pittsburgh. David has three boys; a 2015 graduate of Arizona State University currently working as a Paralegal in Phoenix, a sophomore studying Biology and Chemistry at Northern Arizona University, and a soon to be Freshman at Caltech.
