David Gring

As a full-time real estate broker-agent and award-winning Quality Service and Ruby Award recipient, Dave is proud of his 32+ years of sales experience. A 1988 graduate of Valparaiso University, Dave’s diversity of experience in sales started with 11 years of corporate sales and management in Downtown Chicago. Dave transitioned to business ownership in 1999, as a partner in a wholesale distribution company in Michigan City and held that position for six years. In 2005, Dave commenced his real estate book of business here in NW Indiana.

An agent for the Century 21 Alliance Group for the past 13 years, Dave specializes in new home construction, buyer sales and existing home sales. He has been blessed with the opportunity to represent quality buyers and sellers over the years and his individual sales in the past nine years has been just over $70M. Dave has great respect for the fact that the home buying/selling and/or building process is a very personal endeavor and he excels at guiding his clients through all of the necessary steps.
