David moved to Table Rock Lake from Fort Collins, Colorado in 2006 to start his real estate career. Like many of our residents, David and his wife Kathryn decided to make the area “home” after many summer vacations on Table Rock Lake.
David started in real estate in June 2006. Since then, David has continued to educate himself, staying abreast of the ever-changing market, changes in legalities and in the technology arena. David has earned his GRI, SFR, and REALTOR for Green Living designations from the National Association of REALTORS. He is also involved with our local Board of REALTORS. Currently he is the 2021 President along with having served as a director for multiple terms, Vice President of Tri-Lakes Multiple Listing Corporation in 2009 & 2015, and he is also involved with Southern Missouri Regional MLS, where he served as President in 2015.
In 2008, David formed a business partnership with Barbara Beaumont and started the Moving 2 The Lake Team. Working together with Barbara, the team was ranked in the top 5 in sales for many years and in the top 10% for sales in the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS for the same year.
In 2014, David transition from working as a listing and selling agent to become the Managing Broker for Reece Nichols Branson Tri-Lakes Offices. He now oversees multiple offices and manages over ninety agents.
David’s wife Kathryn is the school nurse for the Kirbyville School District. David, Kathryn, and their teenage son, Hoyt enjoy boating, camping, hiking, and exploring the national parks which surround the Table Rock Lake – Branson area.
