This is the second house that David and his team have listed and sold for us. We had almost 40 showings within two days of listing. Based on David's recommendation of things we can improve on the house, we had multiple quality offers at above asking price. We have been very lucky to have David as our agent as he was very knowledgable and was able to provide us answers to our every questions in detail. He was very professional, courteous and was always prompt in all his replies and updates.
