There was nothing conventional about my latest home-buying experience. David proved to be an expert in problem solving and “thinking outside the box”. His creative solutions enabled me to buy the only house I wanted. All of his hard work in getting me through that process would have been enough for a five-star rating, but he didn’t stop there. Have you ever heard stories about people becoming good friends with their realtor? That's because the process of buying a house can become intimate, and people who have your best interests in mind make a real and significant impact. David Haghighi is that kind of guy. We bought our first-ever property a couple of month's ago with David's help. He was referred to us by one of my best friends. At first, we were a little skeptical because we were already working with a great realtor (recommended by another friend), but David's passion and dedication to getting the job done right won us over in a hurry. The first time we met with David, I couldn't help characterize him as a walking Encyclopedia of all things real estate. He's a good listener and speaker, and with such a depth and breadth of knowledge, he quickly impressed me and made me think, this guy knows his stuff...and gets exactly what we're trying to do! Through each and every step of the process, David was there for us and made us feel like he really cared and really wanted to do the best possible job. I believe he did really care, and I think that's part of what makes him great at what he does. My wife says, He is so proactive in his approach, and fully understands what you're going for. I think that pretty much sums it up. Or, you could sum it up by his companies tag line: above and beyond. David helped us get an amazing financing deal, and even helped me shovel at one point...but I won't go in to that now ;-) What I recommend to any reader of this review is to spend 15 minutes talking to David in person. (He's great on the phone, but he does prefer to meet face-to-face when he can. I think that's a nice touch.) If you're not convinced that David will totally take care of you by then, then I bet David will be able to refer you to someone in his vast network that can. 2 thumbs up and perpetual appreciation! David is passionate, trustworthy and dedicated to any decision he makes. Working with him is a pleasure because of his self-confidence and efficiency with everything he does and I would recommend him to anyone I know. In my own experience most real estate agents are fly by night, unorganized and just plain lazy. Most of the time, I'm the one who is finding the good properties to look at and am leading the way while my past real estate agents just drive me around like a taxi service. If you want a real estate agent who is on the ball, serious about what he does and will work diligently to get the job done, give these guys a call. Shane S.

David is nothing short of AMAZING!!! He knows his stuff not just in the San Diego area, but in the Inland Empire as well (that's where I bought my home). He was always available no matter the time or day. He would fight traffic to drive two hours to show me one home. He is smart, friendly and honest. He prides himself on making sure his client is happy and he will not settle for less. If you are looking for a Realtor that will get it done for you, and go above and beyond, then David is your guy. David helped my husband and I buy our future retirement home. Our primary home is in Utah. To find someone to work with us out of state was what we needed. David stepped up to the plate and was there for us. We were also in Australia at closing. He made him self available to us 24/7 with the time change so some conversations took place in middle of the night USA time. We will always be in da Ida conner. He is and always will be our realtor. My mom is making the move over from New York to Oceanside, so using the internet to find a realtor was a risk, but we couldn't be any happier with David Haghighi. He is extremely helpful and finds what you are looking for when you give him specifics. He is extremely trustworthy and is great at what he does. He knows exactly what he is doing and is definitely knowledgeable when it comes to housing. Definitely use him if you are looking to get a house!
