Working with David in purchasing our first home was easier than buying a car. The process was smooth throughout it’s entirety. David was very helpful, knowledgeable and hands on with everything, explaining every question we ( my wife and I) had. You can see how much a person loves what they do by how easy they make things, and buying a house with the help of David shows how much he loves his work. My wife and I worked with David to buy our first home. It was an excellent experience, he was very knowledgeable of the process and the locations that fit our budget and lifestyle needs. In addition, he was happy to take the time and walk us through the many complexities of getting a loan, home inspections, closing procedures, and much more.

He would pull homes he thought we would like, he was always willing to meet us with short notice to walk through places and never got frustrated with our picky wants! Smooth process! One last point- the fact that you can sign everything except the final closing electronically through email is a huge time saver!
