After growing up in New England and growing tired of the cold and snow, he decided to move West to California. David and his wife started and ran a very successful computer company in Orange County for 8 years. After selling the company they wanted to try something tropical. So, they moved to Lakewood Ranch, Florida in 2001 and started selling real estate 2003. He brings his passion for buying and selling real estate to you, along with over 18 years of real estate experience internationally and within the surrounding areas of Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, IMG Sports-Academy, Longboat Key, Siesta Key and Manatee County.
