David Harris

Dave Harris, the founder and President of EXIT Cape Realty, boasts a career spanning over three decades as a licensed Realtor. He has overseen operations at offices for Century 21, Coldwell Banker, and Realty World, in addition to several independent firms. Dave has earned multiple awards for sales and sales management excellence and holds professional designations such as Certified Real Estate Broker Manager, Certified Buyers Representative, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist.

Since 1995, Dave has served as a State Certified Real Estate Instructor, specializing in license preparation classes for Brokers and Salespersons, as well as providing Continuing Education for active licensees. Dave has conducted classes at institutions including Cape Cod Community College, Sandwich Community School, Nantucket Community School, and National Real Estate Studies in South Dennis.
