David Haub

David graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Southern California in 1994. He entered the field of real estate in 1998, originating loans for purchases and refinancing residential properties. He is a principal owner of CalTerra Partners and its preceding entities since 2002. In addition to navigating the direction of the company, David also creates individualized investment opportunities for clients. He is the licensed real estate broker and agent for the CalTerra Partners. He contributes his creative approach in designing and renovating properties acquired by CalTerra. David served in the United States Naval Reserves, 1990-1998 and is a veteran of the Persian Gulf War.
