David was raised in Cincinnati and attended Bond Hill elementary School and then Walnut Hills and Cincinnati Country Day; he graduated from Vanderbilt University and is active in the school's CoRPS program. He last lived in Los Angeles but growing up in Cincinnati thought that it was palm trees and beaches but found it was fires, earthquakes, and traffic and so happily returned to Cincinnati. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, fishing, traveling and dining out. He lives in Columbia Tusculum in a painted lady with Tracy and their two dogs, Chomper and Moose, both rescues.
