David launched his career as a designer in the Retail Visual Merchandising and Store Planning industry at Federated Department Stores. After twelve years he shifted within this creative niche to selling retail interior design and retail fixtures. Clients include Kate Spade, Guess, DKNY, Ralph Lauren, and Liz Claiborne among many other international brands.

Selling and servicing multi-million-dollar annual contracts for retail clients provided extensive experience that readily applies to residential real estate.
