David Howarth

Dave has over 27 years of experience in real estate on the Monterey Peninsula. He grew up south of San Francisco, graduating later from the University of Colorado in 1974 with a bachelor of science in business. Dave and his family moved from Los Gatos to Carmel in 1989 and in 1990 he acquired his real estate license, turning a lifelong hobby into a career. Soon after, he formed Golf Property Marketing, recognizing early the potential of golf-oriented properties in the real estate market. Dave prides himself on providing his clients with superb, individualized attention and has consistently been ranked among the top 5% of all Monterey Peninsula real estate agents.
