David J. Howie, MSFA is David J. Howie, MSFA is the managing broker of Aston Morley Real Estate Services, a real estate and mortgage brokerage firm in Northern California with a Vacation Rental Property Management Division in Fabulous Lake Tahoe.

As a current resident of the Tahoe Basin, he can effectively represent buyers and sellers at the Lake. With a 2nd office in Roseville for his team, they provide an effective network serving all of Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado Counties.

Prior to co-founding Aston Morley Real Estate Services, he was the former CFO of a real estate brokerage and mortgage banker in the Sacramento Valley where he oversaw over a Billion dollars' in transactions.

In 2005, David received his bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs from Sacramento State University. In 2012, David furthered his education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Financial Analysis from the University of San Francisco, offering him a firm understanding of traditional finance and equity markets to further aide his clients in making one of the most important decisions in their lives. The combination of David's experience and education allows him to provide his clients with exceptional service, insightful market analysis, and extraordinary representation. His specialties include Lake Tahoe real estate, investment properties, real estate finance, vacation rental sales and property management.

As a current South Lake Tahoe Resident and a former Placer County resident for over 30 years he knows the Tahoe Basin and the tri-county area well.
