He also listens and focuses on the client's needs. David assists sellers to prepare their properties before listing, including strategic marketing to the public, identifying and qualifying offers, and helping the sellers make the best decisions possible. As for buyers, David assists with getting financially qualified, searching for potential properties within their budgets, negotiating the best price, and accompanying and advising during inspections and walkthroughs. He offers great communication and is dedicated to providing smooth transactions to all parties.
Growing up in Taiwan, David speaks, reads, and writes fluent Chinese Mandarin. David has traveled to a few countries, visited over 35 states, and was fortunate to settle down in this beautiful city to call home. He has a master's degree in engineering from Polytechnic University (now New York University) and worked in engineering consulting for 11 years before following his passion and transitioning into real estate. Besides working with clients, he also enjoys traveling with his wife and son, participating in his son’s tennis practices and coordinating his tennis matches, exploring new restaurants in the city, meeting up with friends, listening to music, investing in real estate, and learning new knowledge that will help him to improve his business and personal life. He’s also constantly looking for inspiration from other real estate professionals.
