Dave hung with me until the end. After the closing there was still money owed to me from the buyer and even after all our transactions were done and Dave was paid he still pressed the title company and buyer's lawyer to release my funds. I recommend Dave as an agent.

Being a baby boomer and being a first time home buyer was a real awakening the first real estate agent I called was very arrogant. Needless to say I fired him. Dave was a refreshing air. He genuinely enjoys what he does and I think he’s as happy for his client as they are when they find their home. I can be a bit of a handful at times.I want things yesterday Dave always maintained a calm and professional demeanor and he always went above and beyond He is a all-around good guy . If it weren’t for him I would’ve never found my house and I truly feel that this house was meant for me! He kept telling me he wanted me to go see this townhouse and I had seen a couple places in the area and I wasn’t impressed . I refused but in a respectful way he wouldn’t let up . He would say just go see it let’s go see it I have a good feeling. Well, I fell in love with my home the moment I drove into the development and I owe it all to him.I would recommend him to anyone. He’s very down to earth and does his best to be available .

12/22/2020 addendum to review

I moved into my new home which by the way I love! A little over a week ago. Tonight my office which is a dental office due to pandemic continually locking and unlocking the door ,our lock broke😢 as a shot in the dark I decided to text Dave knowing he grew up in a family of locksmiths and seeing how he installed my new locks with ease I asked him if he wanted to make some $$$$ and come out and install the new lock we purchased . He drove out to our office installed the lock and refused to take a dime this is the kind of man you’ll be joining forces with if you pick him to be your agentI All I can say is Thank you thank you thank you you’re one in 1 million!

My mom recommended Dave to us when we decided to move to NJ from Philadelphia. From day one, Dave went above and beyond in learning what we wanted in a home so that our search was a smooth as possible. During our search we went out of town and Dave found a house that he thought would be an ideal fit. He went to the property, and created a video walk through for us so that it felt as though we were walking through ourselves. When we did find the perfect house, Dave worked quickly to get our offer presented to the sellers and luckily it was accepted. Our sale was a bit rocky since we already sold our house in Philadelphia and needed to quickly close on a new house in NJ. Dave has a roster of people to recommend for home inspections, mortgage and other associated services. Dave also is extremely knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. He is very personable, upbeat and was able to keep us calm when a few unforeseen hiccups happened prior to close. I would 100% recommend Dave to any looking to buy a house especially in the current competitive and active market. I do not know how Dave does it, but he truly made us feel like we were his only client. Dave is fantastic!!!

Right from day one, David Huber has gone out of his way to ensure a smooth selling process. Even before he met my wife and myself in person, he had a plan of action ready to present to us when we met. David used all his resources possible get our home advertised and seen by as many people as possible. David was able to help us sell our home in just a little more than a week. David was able to not only sell our home expeditiously, but at a fair amount over asking price. I cannot recommend David Huber enough. David is not only a knowledgeable and professional real estate representative, but he is personable and friendly, a pleasure to deal with.

David Huber has done a great job at helping us sell our home. He did his research and had a ‘plan of action’ prepared for us right from the start. David has been in close contact with us since day 1 and has been able to guide us through the entire selling process .
