David Huling

David Huling has lived in several large cities across the country, but chose to make Eureka Springs home after visiting and recognizing the uniqueness of this small Ozark town.

David is a seasoned finance and management professional with extensive hospitality experience at properties of all sizes, including sporting venues, full service and boutique hotels, restaurants, and a salon, spa and fitness center. With a career focused on analyzing details, negotiating contracts and communicating to ownership groups, real estate is a great fit for his skill set. He is committed to providing excellent service to each and every client, and has a knack for discovering solutions and finding answers.

In addition to his career experience, David has served as treasurer of Fireclay Lofts HOA board, a multi-unit condominium complex in downtown Denver, CO; served as a contributing member of a nationwide community economic development board, providing feedback and ideas about how to help improve low income housing in urban areas; and has owned and managed rental properties in several different markets.
