I looked at going with several realtors when I started the search for my first home. What I realized quickly was Daoud was the only one really listening to what I was looking for exactly.
So I quickly chose Daoud to work with exclusively. In the first week he had me seeing EXACTLY the houses I was looking for. By week 2 I found my dream home because he had found it for me.

Even in this “sellers” market Daoud negotiated a very reasonable price and fought hard for me to get the deal over several other buyers.

Without Daoud I would have never found my dream home so quickly and painlessly.

Would not work with anyone else!

As someone who was looking into buying their first home, I was worried about the process, who I would trust to be my realtor and how much they would assist me in the buying process. I met Daoud and from day 1 of looking at homes and putting in offers, he amazed me by his enthusiasm to find me the perfect home, his persistence through the escrow process and his willingness to go above and beyond until I was able to have keys in my hand. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy, or even sell a home!

I'm the type of guy who appreciates "white glove" service when it comes to all big decisions in my life...I enjoy it with the little decisions as well. I had purchased my first home in 2019 with a high interest rate attached to it. After A year and half it was time for me to evaluate a refinance on my home. I had reached out to multiple lenders/realtors with high ratings, including Daoud. I even reached out to the mainstream lenders (Zillow & Redfin). The other brokers were short with me and made me feel like a sale. Redfin & Zillow were a bit more pleasant to deal with but they did not have a personalized touch to them. The biggest fault they all had in common was that they omitted truths about their programs to me. I had no trust or faith in these outfits I was opening my doors to.

Daoud was nothing short of amazing. He spent countless hours with me explaining the pros & cons to all of our thoughts, strategies and conclusions. He went above and beyond to make sure I was equipped with all the right information and felt comfortable throughout the whole process of my refinance. He was truthful and transparent about every minor detail throughout the process. He constantly put his best foot forward and made me his priority. He was always readily available to my calls and emails. Not once did I feel like a number on his sale quota for the month. Daoud's character, meticulousness and care shows through his actions more than his words. His enthusiasm to help me make successful and sound decisions was everything I was looking for. This refinance was only the start of the business I will be doing with Daoud - My next home purchase will be made with his representation. You will not regret your experience with this man. You will 100% have a "a guy" for homes and loans for life. I highly recommend him.

Anyone looking to sell or buy a house, please reach out to our dear friend Daoud Hu.He is what I call a badass realtor! I've lived in this house since I was 3 years old. My husband and I bought it from my parents in 2014. We got engaged here, brought our 2 beautiful babies home here and had countless parties with our friends and family here. This house was home to me. When we decided to sell, we called Daoud! Best decision we ever made! I'm a very sentimental person and don't like big changes so I knew this wasn't going to be easy for me. Having Daoud as our realtor made this process actually quite enjoyable and I felt like we were in great hands. Knowing him from our high school days, Daoud was and is the most genuine person. Let me start off by saying I’m a first time home buyer and just as important as it is to find the right home it’s equally important to find the right realtor. I was referred to Daoud by a family friend and I can see why. What I really loved about Daoud is I didn’t feel pressured or felt like I was dealing with a care salesman. He took his time to see what I truly wanted, needed, and what was best for my family. Boy, was he responsive I’m talking about 11 pm emails being sent to make sure my loan closes in time, checking in with me throughout the week, and even when everything was submitted and we were just waiting on the bank he would still let me know what was going on. He walked me though every step of the process and the platform they used was very user friendly. I enjoyed working with Daoud and when I asked how I could repay him back for all his hard work and dedication he was humble. He said the best tip you could give me is a referral and it real stuck with me. So I blew up all my contacts and blasted them his number. The guy is truly genuine and was looking out for me.

I was referred to Daoud while searching for my first home in SD last year. I already had several neighborhoods in mind and sort of knew the style of home I was looking for. Within the first week of meeting with him we toured our 7 homes and I ended up submitting an offer. Daoud who was able to put our offer ahead of multiple other parties. Once we were in escrow he was there every step of the way, helping with inspectors, my lender, he even negotiated some of the furniture in with our purchase! Daoud helped me look for my first home here in San Diego and was really helpful in informing me about the process of purchasing, how to identify the right property for me and negotiate a good deal in this competitive market. As a Veteran, I utilized the VA loan which restricted my search to VA approved properties - Daoud continued to keep a lookout for these properties so that we didn’t waste any time.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Daoud to sell my home in Kensington. He made the selling process seamless and ensured that the home was cleaned, staged, photographed, and even had custom videography and virtual tours made of the property so that the number of showings were minimized. The escrow company and title company that Daoud has partnered with made the process even more painless. It shows that the partnerships he’s made in this industry are with quality service providers. I got a job in Northern California and had to sell my house quickly. Daoud assured me we could sell it within 7 days at the appropriate price through his network. Through his custom marketing campaign my home had multiple offers within 4 days. He handled the entire process and allowed me to focus on my search in San Francisco for a new home. Daoud help me find a wonderful house within touching distance of my job and the places I love to hang out at. He was professional, courteous and took care of me and my housemates every step of the way. Two of my housemates don’t speak English that well and he was able to translate anything when they asked for it. This was my first time doing something this big and it was helpful to have someone who had my best interest every step of the way. A big investment like this can be daunting so having the right information and guidance is key!
