David Jervis

I’m the son of a son of a long line of real estate brokers, a native to Southern California and a surviving, thriving, veteran of the last 2 recessions. I started my real estate career in 1986 and began working in the bank- owned and distressed real estate sector in the early 1990’s. Since my first REO listing in 1994, I have personally listed and sold over 800 bank owned properties. I am fluent in every aspect of the foreclosure process, but most importantly I know the secrets and techniques to find the properties, win the bidding wars and to close the transaction.
