When David first moved to Charlotte in 2005, he found a city that was taking advantage of its Southern charm, burgeoning financial industry, and diverse neighborhood choices to attract new residents from around the world. Over a decade later, that growth is still going strong as the population has expanded over 60% in the last ten years, and the choices in entertainment, food, and shopping continue to grow.

As an agent in the Charlotte market, he focuses on maintaining superior market knowledge and providing an incredible customer experience. As a 1991 graduate of the University of North Carolina, David has occasion every day to use his economics degree, his project management background, and his experience as a real estate investor, flipper, and landlord. He has seen the possible pitfalls and he loves coaching people through them to a successful close.
