David has help us three times, First time was to sell our condo we owned
for12 years in Janaury 2015. We actually contacted David in February 2014 and looked at lots of homes but did not buy. Then in January 2015 we contacted David again and within two weeks bought a villa lin early February 2015 at The Shores at Naples Community. David always look out for our inerest and looked for the kind of place we wanted. At the same time this past spring we sold our villa within a couple weeks. All three times David using research showed us what condo's and then homes like ours were selling for and what price would bring people to see and buy our place. David has been spot on with both selling two properties and helping us buy the villa at a good reasonable price as we negotiated withn the seller. At the time we sold our villa this past spring villa's like our were selling around $275,000. David said based on the market with plenty of people viewing our villa we listed it and then sold it for $300,000. Our sale set the stage for the prices of other villa's like ours to sell for more especially as more people were bidding. As aging seniors with health issues David always had our best interest to achieve the best price for us. I will add that David said our condo and villa were easy to sell as they were both in excellent condition and well maintainted both inside and out side. You will not be disapointed selecting David Joseph as your realtor! Thanks David!

Over the last three years I have had about six major buys and sales directly with David Joseph. I have also referred a client and a friend from out of state who were also greatly impressed with David as a realtor and as a person. He was always professional and far more knowledgeable than any other realtor I have worked with in Florida. Those situations involved over twenty purchases and sales in Florida for myself.

David knew and understood the 1031 exchange concepts and rules. He also knew about realistic expectations for investment returns and had factual information, not guesses, about market conditions for rent and for sale. On two properties, he was knowledgeable and had the references for skilled workers to timely do what he suggested to effectuate a quick sale. He was right on the money in his estimates.

His responses were always timely and he has an associate who is also excellent.
