David previously founded a property management firm and quickly scaled it to over 300 units before selling the company, giving him in-depth experience in building operations and value-add properties.

David Katz graduated with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Real Estate Development from University of Southern California, and he also holds a Broker real estate license in California.
