An example of this is when David successfully used these skills to win a zoning case for a local Business after a high priced attorney had lost his appeal during a comprehensive zoning case. David accomplished this by establishing a need, doing significant research that included assessing demonstrated changes to the character of the neighborhood and then interviewing and integrating the feedback from appropriate law firms into a master plan that covered all aspects of the situation. In addition, he recruited individuals from several community groups to speak at the public hearings and generate community support. The resulting win was achieved against considerable odds and within a limited budget and it saved a small business. Member Nat. and MD Assoc. of Realtors, Bay Area Assoc. MRIS, Costar, Loopnet and CIE. Received GRI designation.
