David Ketner

David Ketner moved to the Upstate over 30 years ago. He was raised in the Salisbury North Carolina area where he also met his wife Tina. David enjoys watching and playing athletic sports and helped raise their two daughters in the upstate, who developed into Division 1 college athletes. David received a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Masters in Business Administration from Ashford University.

In addition to his extensive background as a Project Manager and Business professional. David has been a successful Real Estate investor and a church and community leader. With an eye for detail and extensive construction experience, David brings unique qualities and experiences as a Real Estate Professional that would be difficult to find elsewhere.

David enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and close friends. He never meets a stranger and loves serving his clients and working with his wife as a real estate professional.
