David Kleinschmidt

Area and found his passion in sales at an early age. While attending University of Chico State, he held many sales positions such as managing a sales force for the local newspaper, The Orion and Talent Buyer for the school, booking large scale artists. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism and a minor in Business Management.

Upon graduating and moving to San Francisco, David found his true passion in Real Estate. He has worked every aspect of the industry and represented sellers, buyers, investors and banks all over the Bay Area.
