About David
When it comes to navigating the world of buying and selling real estate, everyone needs a pro. David R. Knight has the knowledge, experience, and passion to lead his clients through the process. As the Team Leader of Landman Inc. (powered by Keller Williams Mountains to Sound), David specializes in vacant land, farms, homes on acreage, and investment properties in the greater Puget Sound area. These properties can be complex, problematic to develop or build on, expensive . . . and risky! He is a professional who listens and understands.
After 24 years in real estate, David knows that county and city regulations are difficult to learn, hard to understand, frustrating to deal with, and tricky to apply! He has the navigational abilities to guide both sellers and buyers through these uncertain waters. David’s expertise with 1100+ clients will enable you to find a buyer for that hard-to-sell piece of property or to purchase your dream property. His well-honed negotiation skills secure the best deal possible for his clients.
Investing in real estate, creating new developments (including Ariston Place, Coal Creek Estates, Hidden Valley Estates, and Kanasket Estates), and project management are also some of David’s other areas of expertise. As a buyer, seller, and developer, he understands what it is like to be on both sides of the table.
Married to his college sweetheart, Anita, for 36 years, they have 6 grown sons, 5 daughters-in-law, and 8 growing grandchildren. When he is not selling real estate, David will usually be found hanging out with family at home or on his sailboat, serving at church, doing yardwork, or helping or mentoring others. An avid football fan, David played 3 years of college ball for Pacific Lutheran University, gaining the National Championship during his junior year, all while earning his bachelor’s degree.
If you or someone you know needs expert advice to sell, find, or develop that unique piece of real estate, contact David R. Knight and Landman Inc. He “specializes in work that few understand.”
