We have worked with David for our last 2 properties and it has been nothing be 100% satisfaction and 0% stress for both.

David is extremely detailed and makes sure that any and all questions are asked/answered whether you are buying or selling, often time before you can think of them.

Everything from the beginning conversations of what we were looking for, our budget, to the closing date, and everything in-between couldn't have been simpler and was 100% stress free.

David had our best interests and values in mind and was always just a text message and/or call away if we needed him.

My family and I couldn't be more happier than what we are today with our home and David has been a big part and reason for that.

When we initially reached out about buying our house we thought that's what were/would be getting....a house.

Thanks to David, it turns out that we actually got a Home.

We used David to buy our townhouse in 2019 and had a wonderful experience. We wanted to move into a house, so we used David to sell our townhouse and purchase a house in 2021. We had an even better experience, which we didn’t know was possible! David has been an outstanding realtor for us. He has gone above and beyond each time we’ve worked with him. We worked with Dave from about March-June 2021, both selling our current home and buying another. This was an extremely quick and stressful process due to the buying market turning over homes so quickly. Dave was SO GREAT to work with! I honestly don’t know how people can navigate this without a great realtor—just so many working parts and Dave was on top of everything. He was extremely responsive to any questions, and make good recommendations for staging our house on our own. We ended up selling within 1-2 days of listing, and we landed our forever home fairly seamlessly despite a less than stellar realtor and seller on that side. He always advocated for us—even for things we didn’t know we could/should ask for. We would work with Dave in a heartbeat again in the future, and will be recommending him to friends and family!

He was amazing helping me figure out how to sell my current house and move into a bigger house for my growing family. My wife and I recently worked with Dave for our first home. He was accessible whenever we needed him, and answered all of our first-home-owner questions. His ability to connect with us and find out what we really wanted and needed in a home was incredible. David has helped me buy and sell six different homes in less than 10 years and each time I have been more pleased with his work. His knowledge of the ever-changing housing market is second to none. Dave has been our realtor through 4 transactions and each have been incredibly smooth. Buying/selling a home is a stressful and emotional process. Dave understands that and is always able to provide clarity and moves with transparency through each step in the transaction. He is incredibly knowledgeable, available and level-headed.
