At a time when buying power is critical to getting you the house you want, and beating out the competition, you need to make sure you have a strong agent. When you're selling, and you need to make sure you get the best possible listing and understanding of the offers you're receiving, you need to make sure you have a strong agent. What you really need to do is work with Dave. My wife and I have worked with Dave now for two house purchases, and selling one property. The experience was made so much easier because of Dave during a time when nothing is easy or straightforward. You've got every house you look at going into multiple offers, you just want to make sure that yours is the one they're going to accept and that your current house will get the same treatment and you can be the one to do the picking. This is exactly how things worked out for my wife and I when we worked with David. Our house had 20 some offers, communication was fantastic throughout, and David was able to get in touch with a seller that hadn't even really put the house on the market. All of this was done in a short window of time where I needed to lower interest rates and was worried if I couldn't lock all of this in things would change. David's communication and coaching all through the process was fantastic and set me and my wife up for our forever home!

We have worked with David for our last 2 properties and it has been nothing be 100% satisfaction and 0% stress for both.

David is extremely detailed and makes sure that any and all questions are asked/answered whether you are buying or selling, often time before you can think of them.

Everything from the beginning conversations of what we were looking for, our budget, to the closing date, and everything in-between couldn't have been simpler and was 100% stress free.

David had our best interests and values in mind and was always just a text message and/or call away if we needed him.

My family and I couldn't be more happier than what we are today with our home and David has been a big part and reason for that.

When we initially reached out about buying our house we thought that's what were/would be getting....a house.

We worked with Dave from about March-June 2021, both selling our current home and buying another. This was an extremely quick and stressful process due to the buying market turning over homes so quickly. Dave was SO GREAT to work with! I honestly don’t know how people can navigate this without a great realtor—just so many working parts and Dave was on top of everything. He was extremely responsive to any questions, and make good recommendations for staging our house on our own. We ended up selling within 1-2 days of listing, and we landed our forever home fairly seamlessly despite a less than stellar realtor and seller on that side. He always advocated for us—even for things we didn’t know we could/should ask for. We would work with Dave in a heartbeat again in the future, and will be recommending him to friends and family!
