David has been working to find us a home for a few years now. I have run him ragged looking at homes on a whim but he always picks up his phone and makes the appointment – shows the us the property and gives us great insight on the property, the price, and the location. I never felt pressured to make a decision one way or the other (which I have experienced with other agents). We have gone several months without a home prospect but then I see something online that catches my eye – I call David and he makes himself available. Fast forward - We finally found the right home for us. The contract process was hectic and at times I didn’t think a deal would be reached between us and the seller. But David worked so diligently and always in our best interest. We came to a stall on negotiations and I was tearfully ready to walk away – David’s knowledge of the market and creative business mind helped all parties to come back to the table and we reached an agreement. We are in our home – in the neighborhood where we wanted to be in our price point! Working with David and his team has been nothing short of a divine experience. We consider ourselves so grateful to have him as our realtor. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, caring, a tough negotiator and a resource (he literally has a person for everything and they don’t disappoint). I have and will continue to recommend David to family members and friends. He is awesome!

We worked with David for both the sale of one property and the purchase of another. Throughout the entire 8 month process he was professional, courteous, responsive, and always looked out for our best interests. He was always there to meet us at any time, so we could be among the first to look at properties as they came on the market, and really fought for us once we found our dream home. He also suggested an amazing contractor that helped us with some updates to the new property before we moved in.
For the sale of our house, he really worked hard to help us get the best offer in a difficult market. He constantly had showings, kept in contact with interested parties, kept us abreast of showings and interest, and was never shy in helping us figure out ways to make the property more appealing, but never pushed us in any direction we were not comfortable with or ready for. He went above and beyond in every regard, including in helping us with the many nuances of the final closing process.
We were pregnant and then had a newborn during the whole process and he was very considerate of our time and the importance of us focusing not on the sale but on our family. I would highly recommend him to anyone on either side of the home buying process, as he really is a wonderful advocate with your best interests in mind! A huge thank you again to the DMV Closer!

This is my second home purchase with David as my realtor. The experience is always very personable but professional. I had a condo sale with a rent back built into the deal. We viewed no less than 20 properties in a very aggressive market and were able to secure a great deal on a newly renovated property. Highly recommend David for your sale and/or purchase needs.

David Kyle aka the DMV Closer is not only an amazing professional, realtor, and person. My journey with the DMV Closer started in 2018. I woke up one morning with a desire to move my children off a busy street and give the space to grow into young ladies. As an extremely picky buyer he was able to follow my lead and suggestions on the type of houses I wanted to buy. David went out of his way to make sure that I was fully informed and aware of all the market had to offer in my price range. He empowered me to attend open houses in the neighbors I wanted to live in. He was always open to having my contractors tag along during showings.

Once I zeroed in on the property of my dreams David pushed me to be competitive when coming up with an offer. Although my initial offer was not accepted David assured me that I would find a house by Thanksgiving. Two days later I was officially under contract. Then the race to get into a house in 30 days took a multitude of twists and turns. David was tenacious in holding the seller to all the improvements agreed to in the contract. Despite all the hiccups and challenges along the way I was finally able to close before Christmas.

I really appreciated David’s desire to lift as he climbs professionally. He has a comprehensive team of colleagues who are well-versed in-home warranty, home renovations, and home inspections. This team of entrepreneurs ensured that renovations and improvements were completely according to code and that my appliances are protected. The gratitude I have for David is immeasurable.

To say working with David Kyle was a pleasure is an understatement. He was patient, knowledgeable, energetic and easy to work with, never pushy. He is also super down to earth and so easy to talk to! He has been so patient with my wife and I from day one, answering all our questions and informing us with everything we needed to know about homes in the Prince George’s and Anne Arundel County area. He listened to every detail my wife and I wanted in a home and sought to discover what was important to us in home location, price and features. We had very unique needs in what we were looking for in a home and David was very understanding that cookie cutter was not our thing.
