David Ladner

David Ladner has been a Top Producer in Sales for RE/MAX for the past six years. Since 2015, David has repeatedly reached RE/MAX Platinum Sales and in 2018 he helped thirty-eight families achieve their goals, which earned him national recognition by becoming one of the newest members of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. He was awarded the prestigious Chairman’s Club Award in both 2018 and 2019 and was named to REAL Trends* 2019 "America’s Best” list, ranking him among the top 1% of the 1.4 million licensed real estate professionals in the United States of America.

Born in Boston and raised in Malden, MA, David has lived in eastern Massachusetts his whole life. He received a bachelor’s degree in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. In 2011, after working in the Retail Management industry for 7 years he decided to purchase an investment property to start earning passive income.

He and his wife purchased their first home in Everett: a 4-Family home, where they lived in one unit and rented out the other three. Researching investment properties, going through the buying and negotiating stages, and starting renovations and repairs taught David many new skills. By going through this experience, he realized his passion for Real Estate. David and his wife purchased a second home, a single-family home in Reading, MA in 2015 where they are currently raising their two young children.
