David formed Hightop Real Estate and Development (Hightop) in December of 2013. With 10 plus years of experience in finance and real estate development, David leads Hightop’s acquisitions, development, property management and other strategic initiatives. David works closely with brokers, architects, general contractors, zoning attorneys, engineers, interior designers, bankers, investors and local registered community organizations to identify, entitle, and close on development opportunities.

David has successfully acquired, developed and entitled over $150 million in property value located in Philadelphia neighborhoods such as Graduate Hospital, Rittenhouse Square, Society Hill, Fairmount, Northern Liberties, and University City.
In 2017, David launched a brokerage and property management subsidiary, Hightop Real Estate Brokerage LLC and Hightop Property Management LLC, respectively.

Prior to forming Hightop, David worked at Stoltz Real Estate Partners, a real estate development firm located in Bala Cynwyd in their Acquisitions and Development group. Prior to that, David was an Investment Banker at Boenning and Scattergood in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
David is a graduate of the University of Delaware with degrees in both Economics and Finance. He currently resides with his wife, twin daughters and son in Gladwyne, PA.
