About David

David Levenson earned his Delaware Real Estate license in 2017, starting with Long & Foster and now returning with Northrop Realty. Since that time he has listed and sold residential properties throughout the Delaware coast and secured additional licenses in Maryland, Florida, and Tennessee.

With degrees in Political Science and Economics from Temple University, David had a very successful career in steel distribution for a wide range of companies ranging from small family businesses to multinationals such as Kloeckner Metals Corporation.

Having worked throughout high school and college with local homebuilders and working closely with his general contractor to build his custom home in Lewes in 2001, David decided to channel his interest in real estate into helping buyers and sellers in the local area.

His attention to detail, exceptional listening and communication abilities, and superb negotiation skills have all proven to be invaluable assets to his client base.

David and his wife Tanja can often be found with their three dogs on the Lewes and Dewey beaches playing in the surf as well as the Rehoboth boardwalk enjoying some Gus & Gus French fries.
