About David

Born and raised in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Wendy, his wife went to The Wheeler School and David went to Moses Brown School in Providence We both graduated from Northeastern University in Boston MA. Wendy in 1988 with a degree in Speech and Language Pathology, and David in 1990 with a degree in Criminal Justice. Their Mom was from Providence, worked in Social Services, and opened and managed Abused Children Shelters in RI and Dad was from Philadelphia and worked in the Textiles Industry for over 40 years. Their relatives moved to the area in the mid 1970's giving them the opportunity to vacation and visit this part of Florida. Then, in 1988, their parent as retired sometimes do, moved to Longboat Key on the Beach and the rest is history. Wendy and her husband, John, moved their full time in 1996, raising their three kids and being closer to their parents and David followed in 2000 to be a full-time Uncle and the family.

Wendy had an established career in real estate with Coldwell Banker Realty at this time and it only made sense for David to come aboard and learn from "Big Sis" to help grow this Family business to where it is today. They have been fortunate to be able to have helped hundreds of families relocate to Sarasota/Manatee County from all over the world. Realizing how special Sarasota and the surrounding islands and beaches and activities from the arts, music, theatre, comedy, golf courses boating, fishing, the nature lifestyle and of course the sunsets. Knowledge of the local market and its trends for over 30 years they have the experience and expertise to help you in all your real estate needs.
