David Loeb

David began his career in the real estate business in 1976 with Hogan & FarwelI/Marken. After graduating from UIC with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Accounting and Finance, he began his career in Property Management where he was responsible for overseeing a staff of more than 30 employees that managed In excess of 1,500 apartment units. After 18 months Loeb switched to the sales side of the business. He joined Barry Mogul and Associates in 1980 and later was promoted to partner of Barry Mogul and Associates. In 1997, David, along with Larry Dickstein opened the doors of Land Partners, LLC. David has always been an instrumental force in building relationships between land owners and home builders, and in the acquisition and sale of thousands of acres of land. David's innate sense of land value has allowed his clients to benefit from this knowledge, expertly guiding the sale and acquisition process to help meet the needs of both parties.
