We were so fortunate to have David as our realtor buying our first home! From start to finish, he was always accessible, responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. We didn’t feel pressure to make any moves or feel rushed at any time. We saw at least a dozen or so homes across the whole of Broward County and David was always there with a smile, appropriate questions for the sellers, and general insight into the market. The home we closed on is truly amazing - David was truly our lucky charm! Make the call, you won’t regret it.

Wow! I've never sold a property with such ease and with such an amazing service. David really is amongst, if not the best. He updated me regularly, educated me through each phase and giving me his his expert advise in negotiating. He came highly recommended from my dad, who had previously used David to sell his house in Fort Lauderdale a years back - I see why he insisted that I must use David. 5-star all around!

Moving from California to Florida was very stressful.  David took away much of this stress.  I had made a list of properties to look at and sent it to David.  Then I flew out to look at them.  David scheduled the time for me to visit the properties and even suggested others making the most of the trip.  Once I had selected the property, David was there throughout the process.  He was personally at the home inspection and even had a contractor on site during the inspection to provide a bid on the renovations wanted prior to moving in.

David is highly professional and was there throughout the process.  I recommend him for his hard work and attention to details.

David was a blessing to have to navigate the home buying process. From the beginning, he took the time to listen to what my partner and I were looking for and truly focused on finding the perfect house for us. David was able to find several that fit the description we gave him and multiple within our price range. He also gave us ideas about how to truly utilize the space in each of the homes he showed us. David didn't mind when we reached out to ask questions that arose during this time, as this was our first time buying a house. We felt extremely well-taken care of with David and buying our new home in Wilton Manors. If we move, we will be using him again.

Being a novice in this highly competitive housing market, in my opinion, you need an experienced well-connected realtor, and I had the good fortune to be introduced to David Lopez of Berkshire Hathaway here in Fort Lauderdale. Charismatic, attentive, and sincere, David thoughtfully guided me through my recent journey. I told him my wish list and he located my dream home in my desired neighborhood that had just come onto the market. He immediately scheduled a walk through as well as showed me a similar home in the area the same day as a comparison. He helped me negotiate a fair market value for the home over the next few days, and once under contract, immediately scheduled the inspection with a well-respected company he has worked with for many years. He then got the seller to address a repair on the HVAC found during the inspection documenting a reputable company was used. David connected me and the seller with the amazing people at Core Title Company who coordinated the closing. He helped me with my homeowner’s insurance recommending a few brokers and after researching a few on my own, I found one of his recommendations worked best. David made the whole process so seamless that I now have contracted him to sell my condo. Buying a home, not to mention a forever home as in my case, can be arduous especially in the current environment; in my opinion you’ll find David will eliminate the stress and even make the journey enjoyable.

I just closed on the purchase of my first home in Wilton Manors. Buying your first home can be overwhelming, confusing, and has many steps that have to be followed very carefully, however, the process for me was smooth and well-organized, in no small part due to David’s knowledge and help throughout the entire process. David is an experienced realtor, and it shows. From finding the right home and getting the inspection, appraisal, survey done, to working with the lender and the Title Company, and yes, even making sure I got the best deal with the seller, David was on top of it all. He explained to me how the process would flow and what the next steps would be. He was honest in discussing with me what requests were realistic and fair to make to the seller. He was always available to take my (many) calls and reassure me when I was worried about the deal falling through. I recommend David Lopez to everyone in need of realtor services – you will not be disappointed.

Just purchased my first property in Hollywood FL. From beginning to end David was very professional and extremely helpful with everything! During my first interaction with David he ran me through the whole buying process from pre-approval to closing and broke down the entire process to ensure I knew everything that we were going to work through. He was always available and worked with my schedule to ensure I was able to get into every property I wanted to see. After finding properties I was interested in he ensured I received all the most current information to ensure I was able to make the best decision on which property was best for me. Once I placed my offer on the property I ended up purchasing David worked with me on everything to ensure the process ran smoothly during the inspections and the closing. He was always available for all questions I had on paperwork required and ensured I had the best parties out to the property to ensure that the inspections were conducted thoroughly and all basis were covered prior to closing on the property. I would highly recommend using David if you are serious about purchasing a home in south Florida! He will get you from pre-approval to closing in the exact home you are looking for! Would recommend David to anyone I know looking to purchase their first property!
