After we saw the inside of a property in Arkansas, we realized it wasn’t what we expected and began considering a tear-down. Living in Missouri, I needed insight into what might sell in the area. Many realtors never returned my call, but David did—promptly—and took the time to talk through our options.

David recommended a practical strategy we hadn’t considered: list the property and gauge market interest. He knew rehabbers in the area who might be a fit, and his read on the market was spot on. We listed—and the property sold within a few days.

Had a bad situation with a previous realtor that left us without a home with a 8 month old, David was quick to try and place us in a rental when he thought we didn't have a place to stay, thankfully we had already made arrangements for temporary living. He was able to show us homes that day, and had an offer on a home before the end of the week! Him and his lender Stephen have us closing within a month!
