After we saw the inside of a property in Arkansas, we realized it wasn’t what we expected and began considering a tear-down. Living in Missouri, I needed insight into what might sell in the area. Many realtors never returned my call, but David did—promptly—and took the time to talk through our options.

Had a bad situation with a previous realtor that left us without a home with a 8 month old, David was quick to try and place us in a rental when he thought we didn't have a place to stay, thankfully we had already made arrangements for temporary living.
