Had a bad situation with a previous realtor that left us without a home with a 8 month old, David was quick to try and place us in a rental when he thought we didn't have a place to stay, thankfully we had already made arrangements for temporary living. He was able to show us homes that day, and had an offer on a home before the end of the week! Him and his lender Stephen have us closing within a month! Great experience, will use him again, AND will recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor.
