David Lucas

David Lucas, Founder and Broker of D. Lucas Realty has been a resident in the Queens community for the past 19 years and has successfully provided Real Estate services for 18 years in the Queens, Nassau County and Brooklyn. David is one of the very few minority Real Estate Brokers to sit as President of the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island, commonly known to the public as MLS. David has served 2016 as president, 2015 as Secretary and 2014, 2015 as Vice President. He has also served as director, vice chair and chair of the professional standards committee of LIBOR ( Long Island Board of Realtors).

David is the Founder and past President of the Queens Realist Group, which is a chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers. In 2009 David also served as President of the Independent Real Estate Brokers Association(IREB). David's other achievements and qualifications include vice President of Queens NAREB( National Association of Real Estate Brokers) in 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2015, MLS Secretary in 2013, 2014, MLS Technology and Services Committee, Nominating Committee, Strategic Planning Committee and on the Procedures Committee for the Independent Real Estate Brokers Association.
