03/29/2016 - dav695 Bought a Cooperative home in 2013 for approximately $25K in Boynton Beach, FL. Even though I was in the lower price category when looking for my condo, David Metlika still went out of his way to make sure that I saw the properties that would interest me. I purchased a condo due to David's efforts. To this day I still recommend David to my friends and associates who are looking for properties in Florida. I seriously believe that there isn't another realtor in Florida that will give you the time and attention that David Metlika will give to you.
