Working with David to purchase our family’s first home was an absolute dream! As our real estate agent he listened to everything that was on my must have list (which was a long list lol) and worked tirelessly to find exactly what we wanted. He never pressured us into buying a home we were not 100% sold on. When David started working on our home as a developer he didn’t hesitate to reach out to us immediately because he thought it would be one that we would love as it checked off many more items on my list than any other house we’d seen and he was right! I walked in and immediately knew it was perfect for our family and exactly what we wanted! The closing process was super easy and I was able to make some final touches to really make the house my dream come true...I could not recommend David enough to find you a beautiful home or build it if it’s not on the market!

I purchased one of David’s homes in Hasbrouck Heights on 7/31/20 and from start-to-finish he was a true professional. The quality and design of his homes are gorgeous and top notch. I saw three of his homes before I selected our dream home. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. This made our home purchasing experience an excellent one.
