Shaped by his background in finance and accounting and his commitment to helping others build long-term wealth through homeownership, David Morales understands that buying or selling a home is often one of the most important financial decisions clients will make, and he takes that responsibility seriously.



David began his real estate career on a high-performing team handling hundreds of transactions each year, accelerating his learning and sharpening his skills early on. That experience, combined with his analytical mindset, allows him to guide clients through complex decisions with clarity and confidence while keeping their goals front and center.



He joined The Bob & Ronna Group after attending a team meet and greet and gaining deep respect for the leadership, culture, and shared values. Being part of a collaborative, high-standard team allows David to continue growing as an agent, particularly as the group expands throughout Northern Virginia, where he has lived for more than 40 years.

He lives by the quote "Leading with a Servant’s Heart" and it comes through in his work, prioritizing his clients over himself.



Outside of real estate, David is a former Ironman triathlete who now enjoys quieter evenings watching K-dramas with his wife, Aurora, who is also a licensed real estate agent. Family time remains his greatest priority and inspiration.
