David Morales

David is the oldest of four siblings, a husband, and a father of three. Members of his and his wife's families have all settled in across Northern Virginia and the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia). His father was US Air Force (Retired) and his mother had also worked for the government. Being in a military family, David has lived around the world including Europe, the midwestern United States and the Philippines before settling into Northern Virginia.

He completed his undergraduate degree in accounting at local George Mason University. While at GMU, David helped co-found and became the first president of the student organization Filipino Cultural Association which years later has become one of the most active and visible student organizations on campus. In addition to helping clients buy, sell, invest, and rent, he enjoys competing or volunteering in running and triathlon events. An Ironman-distance triathlon is 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike, 26.2-mile run. David’s family owns several pets including a West Highland Terrier whose "big brother" is a small white rabbit!
