David Morin

David Morin joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty as a Broker Associate working primarily from their office in Londonderry, NH. He is President of Morin Asset Management Corp, a consulting practice focused toward Real Estate Development and Management as well as Management Consulting to companies in the printing, service, and retail industries.

Ten years in Hi-Tech Finance with Digital helped hone his computer skills. For several years he was General Manager of Brooks Properties, a privately-owned real estate development company controlling over 1.5 million square feet of commercial and industrial property in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in MA & NH. He also has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and general business brokerage. He holds an MBA in Finance from Boston University and is an avid golfer and skier.
