I have known David socially for several years, so when I was in the market to purchase a home, he was my first choice. Not only is working with a friend comforting - first time buyer - but I knew he wouldn’t lead me astray. His reputation with Keller Williams and within the local real estate market didn’t hurt either. There wasn’t a time he didn’t promptly respond to my questions, inquires, requests to go look at pretty much everything that came on the market. He never let me doubt myself or my decisions through multiple offers/rejections and then finally the acceptance - even when I freaked out about that a little too! I learned so much through a fabulous guide. Overall working with David was an amazing experience. I would - and have - recommend him to anyone buying or selling.

Extremely PLEASED with the process of purchasing my condominium with the team of Realtor David Moyer and the Stockton Mortgage Company. The worst part of the whole purchase was the packing, moving, and unpacking! My advice is to be extremely responsive and prompt with answering the questions and documents requests of the realtor and mortgage company to prevent any delay with extending the closing date. I do not plan on moving anytime soon, but if I would move, I would definitely contact David Moyer again as my Realtor.

Let me first say this wa sa quick process as I was under a short timeline, but David put me in touch with a great lender to start the pre-approval process, and by that weekend we were already viewing homes. David not only knew the selling process, but also knew about things to note on the home we view and any areas that would be notice during a home inspection and potential causes. David and his team did an exceptional job with this process! They worked with me and were very professional and responsive during the process. Over the past seven years, my husband and I have moved several times and have worked with several different realtors, but we never realized how incredibly wonderful it can be to work with a realtor who cares until we met David Moyer. Having built and lived in a house in a semi-rural area for several years, we felt urged to move closer to a more metropolitan area but knew we had to find the perfect fit to make leaving a home we loved worth it. After finding a home that piqued our interest, we went with a family member's recommendation of contacting David, and we instantly knew we were in good hands.

David is knowledgeable, confident, warm, and approachable and a true expert on real estate in Dayton and the surrounding areas. We were in light pursuit of a home in a very desirable area, and when the one property we were primarily interested in seemed like it might fall through, David directed us to a home that he thought might check the boxes, so to speak. There weren't many photos online, but we went to look at the home and fell in love quite literally. Within EIGHT days of seeing this home, we had listed and sold ours for OVER asking and had won a bidding war on the charm-filled, century-old Tudor home of our dreams. David sold our home within 48 hours. We were absolutely blown away. His photographer, also named David, took the most incredible photos of our property which generated so much interest that we had 12+ showings in the first two days as well.

David mitigated an extremely stressful and precarious situation when we found out that there were multiple offers on the property we wanted, and, at every turn, provided the guidance we needed to make all the right decisions. He was always available, always patient and understanding, and always fighting for us, even after both houses were under contract and we were going through the motions of inspections, etc. He was an incredible advocate for us from start to finish, and I was almost sad when the whole process was over because it meant we wouldn't get to work with David every day anymore. I can say with absolute confidence that we would have never taken the leap to do make this move our hearts really wanted to make had we not met David. He was the catalyst for chasing a dream that we had deferred for several years, and we are forever grateful!
