David received his formal education in Construction Management Engineering at Purdue which taught him the design and construction process as well as the costs and economics related to building. He has experience as a builder, property manager, and a real estate broker and investment adviser. He understands the mortgage market well which is a critical piece to any real estate transaction. He has developed "best in class" contacts in every facet of the transaction which adds significant value to my clients.

During much of his corporate career prior to starting Nabors Norris, he held positions in sales of both service and product and merger and acquisition of small companies. He has extensive experience in negotiation of sales transactions up to $95 Million in value. He has built small companies from start up and bought small companies with growth and eventual sale as the exit strategy.
