David Neuman, CIAS, CNE, e-Pro, became a realtor in 2002 and has been helping people buy and sell homes all over the Front Range and Denver metro area ever since. In addition to traditional real estate broker education, training and licensure, Mr. Neuman has gone above and beyond in his real estate education with powerful certification training that clearly makes him stand above the crowd.

CIAS stands for Certified Investor Agent Specialist, a recognized and rigorous certification process under the aegis of the respected Charfen Institute, which trains seasoned real estate agents on the intricacies of investment real estate. A CIAS finds, creates, and closes with residential real estate investors with the knowledge and tools earned through comprehensive education and experience. CIAS-designated agents can streamline the process of real estate investment to increase returns for investor clients.

Dave has also achieved CNE status --Certified Negotiation Expert. This training is one of the top new designations in real estate and is taught nationally by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute.

Dave is further certified as an e-Pro real estate agent, which is a certification program from the National Association of Realtors that offers the most up-to-date real estate technology training. Agents with this designation are highly trained and skilled in all aspects of real estate technology use, including emerging technologies within the social media environment.
