David leads an organization of agents across Kansas and Missouri, supporting nearly 2,000 transactions annually. His work centers on helping agents build consistent, scalable, and profitable businesses through lead generation, systems, and accountability.
He grew up on a farm in Oklahoma, where he learned early that results come from discipline and doing the work every day. Today, he also spends time sailing… a constant reminder that while you can’t control the market, you can control how you adjust.
Inside his organization, agents are supported at every stage… from building early momentum to refining systems and scaling production. The focus is simple: consistent lead generation, strong systems, contract and negotiation expertise, and long-term business growth.
David has served in leadership roles at the highest levels of the industry, including 2026 President of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® and Past President of Heartland MLS, helping guide strategy, governance, and industry standards.
